We work with gay, bi, transsexual, straight and lgbtq+ men integrating physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, using primarily touch, massage and breath-work, drawing and photography with the aim of bringing well-being to the lives of men.
Individual sessions take integrating body, emotions and spirit further using pleasure as a healing and transformative encounter to create a ‘state of love’. This conscious expansive loving state can open a door to new potential, to re-discover ourselves and find deeper ‘meaning in life’. Sessions are available to all genders and sexualities.
Our facilitators are experienced in different fields including many massage techniques, breath-work, tantra, meditation and life coaching. Men In Touch prides itself on presenting good quality experiences. If you long us to scamper an event in your area please contact Serge with your proposal.

I, Armin Heining, founded GAY-TANTRA® in 1992 and have been burning for it since then.
My control unparalleled path of transformation in my life (“From Benedictine Monk to GAY-TANTRA Coach“) has gained me the ability to empathize with the most diverse aspects of human life. And, particularly in the case of all men, I can offer competent advice, support and direction.
Your Coach
I have gathered experience, both by working on myself and together with some thousands of gay, bisexual, transsexual and heterosexual participants using the most varied instruments to achieve lasting healing and wholeness in body, soul, and spirit. I use the strongest of these in GAY-TANTRA.

GAY-TANTRA® combines the exercises and methods in a sound and integrated sequence which allows body, heart and spirit to re-adjust, mature and regain health. GAY-TANTRA conveys these techniques in theory and practice with all thoroughness.

Our aim is to lead men who treasure men through development of their spiritual, sexual and personal selves. We execute this by offering a range of courses and events that develop in intensity and connection with energy throughout each course.
We are committed and emotional to provide ongoing spaces for men to scout Tantra whether through courses, events or by other means. We actively urge and provide mechanisms to develop relationships with fellow tantric’s connected through love.
We believe that Tantra is like an onion in that it has so many layers. It applications development spiritually, sexually and personally. No longer should our sexuality depend on our looks, our age or who we are as people, but accessing parts of ourselves that are deeply rooted in love, intimacy and connection to a point where you are accepted just as you are. Where you are perfect just as you are. Where all of you, your physical, mental and spiritual being is combined together to be who you truly are.
We offer you opportunities to develop your open mind, a craving to know more of yourself and a heart that wants to join with itself and with others.
